The staff were so attentive, helping in any way they could my taxi and train travel was all helped by the amazing front-of-house staff. The restaurant staff were brilliant, even the managers helped out when it was busy a really good team. The location is great, the famous Shaolin temple is not far from the amazing city.

The staff were very good, one was exceptionally helpful with information about transport, dining and in general. Food for breakfast was good, lots of variety, slightly expensive. Very comfortable room. Near a few less known historic sites

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and supportive. They went out of their way to help us with the language barrier. They confirm with the driver where we wanted to go. Thanks, especially for Emilia. She was a great help.

Miss Echo Niu from the reception was very friendly and professional. She helped me with train tickets and invoice issues. Thank you. Hotel was clean, well located. There is a swimming pool and quite well equipped gym.

Not in walking distance to the mall, but taxi is readily available. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to attend to requests. Breakfast was good
